boo that citrusy spicy beans recipe is the one i made for Jason and Peter a.k.a. the raw beans. i think what i did wrong was add the orange/lime juice at the beginning. i read (afterwards) that if you do that the beans stay hard. so now i know. so add that at the end. xo
