easy dinners

SUPA easy dinners:

Fish Tacos (this is from Real Simple)
-box of frozen fish sticks (yes, i actually purchased fish sticks)
-corn tortillas
-sliced cabbage
-lime wedge
-sliced red onions
-salsa, sour cream, hot sauce.

Bake the fish sticks in the oven for like 10 minutes, wrap them up in the corn tortillas with the other toppings.

Baked Ravioli
-bag of frozen ravioli
-spaghetti sauce
-sour cream
-mozzarella

Place frozen ravioli in baking dish, cover with spaghetti sauce, dot on some spoonfuls of sour cream and top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 till bubbly (usually about 20+ minutes)

Salsa Chicken
This is SOOOOOO good. I just made it last week.
-boneless, skinless chicken thighs
-taco seasoning
-salsa
-sour cream

Place chicken in crock pot, sprinkle with taco seasoning, pour 1 cup of salsa over the top and set the crock to low. 6 hours later, take the top off, and stir in 3 spoonfuls of sour cream. The chicken will be falling apart and will start to shred as you stir in the sour cream.
We ate this as taco salad over tortillas (me) and in a burrito (patrick) and it was so freaking good. The recipe said to serve over egg noodles, which sounded sorta weird and good at the same time.
